Holistic & Remedial massage

I am a qualified massage therapist, trained at Cardiff Metropolitan University and the BCMB in Bristol, graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Complementary Therapies in 2016. Originally from Wales, I have recently moved to the area to be closer to the sea and good friends, embracing the restorative benefits of coastal living.

I previously worked within a holistic chiropractic clinic in Cardiff, where I offered massage and reflexology as part of an integrated approach to wellbeing. I am deeply passionate about how massage and reflexology can help calm and soothe the nervous system, supporting both physical and emotional health.

My aim is to help people feel relaxed, grounded, and at ease in both mind and body, creating a safe and nurturing space for rest and healing.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, being outdoors, beach walks, good food, and expressing my creativity.
