I previously worked within a holistic chiropractic clinic in Cardiff, where I offered massage and reflexology as part of an integrated approach to wellbeing. I am deeply passionate about how massage and reflexology can help calm and soothe the nervous system, supporting both physical and emotional health.

My aim is to help people feel relaxed, grounded, and at ease in both mind and body, creating a safe and nurturing space for rest and healing.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, being outdoors, beach walks, good food, and expressing my creativity.

I am passionate about Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for clients who have undergone surgeries because I see firsthand how this gentle therapy relieves swelling and discomfort, accelerates post-surgical recovery and significantly improves clients’ general quality of life.  I find immense fulfilment in guiding my clients towards comfort and mobility.  MLD is also excellent for general wellness and can significantly boost feelings of deep relaxation and vitality!

Living in this beautiful corner of the country gives me plenty of opportunities for relaxation, as I love walking and being in nature more than anything else!  I also love reading, bird-watching and feeding the local swans (with special swan food only!)
