Lauren is a wonderful human being with absolutely amazing knowledge of sports injuries and how to get back on your feet after being injured. She gave me hope again after almost resigning to the fact I might not play football again but with her tailor made excerise plan, my knee became stronger by the month and now I'm back doing what I love again.

Absolutely recommend Lauren's services, I went from be barely able to stand due to a trapped nerve back to being able to work within a week.  I addition an exercise plan was supplied with the offer of continued support until I reached my pre-injury level of mobility.
