Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have seen Lauren multiple times now, for injuries and muscle soreness, she has helped massively towards recovery and is extremely helpful with additional information to help me with training.
Also, a very nice person and easy to talk to.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been working with Lauren for over two seasons during my semi-professional football career, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Her support both pre-game and post-game has been invaluable—from injury prevention and warm-ups to rehab and recovery. She’s consistently gone above and beyond to get me back to peak condition and keep me on the pitch. Her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication have made a massive difference to my performance and long-term fitness.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lauren is a wonderful human being with absolutely amazing knowledge of sports injuries and how to get back on your feet after being injured. She gave me hope again after almost resigning to the fact I might not play football again but with her tailor made excerise plan, my knee became stronger by the month and now I'm back doing what I love again.
As good of a therapist as she is a person. Thank you 😊

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely recommend Lauren's services, I went from be barely able to stand due to a trapped nerve back to being able to work within a week. I addition an exercise plan was supplied with the offer of continued support until I reached my pre-injury level of mobility.
I really can't recommend Lauren highly enough.
