Therapy room to let Truro (Cornwall)

We are an established soft tissue therapy/massage/sports therapy clinic in Truro (Cornwall). We have two treatment rooms and would like to offer someone the opportunity to rent a room on an adhoc basis.

This would be suitable for holistic therapists/counsellors/coaches/personal trainers/ yoga teachers (1;1/2) etc. Rooms can be let on an hourly basis which could be ideal for someone starting up and looking to establish a client base.

Our larger treatment room has floor space suitable for 1;1 yoga, personal training etc.

Rooms are available on a prebookable basis ( up to 6 weeks in advance) and available to rent on an hourly/half/full day basis. Prices negotiable.

We are based on Threemilestone industrial estate and so there are many businesses in the surrounding area as potential clients/customers.
